The Mercedes A Class is a compact luxury hatchback or sedan from Mercedes-Benz that is the fifth generation of the A Class model. It competes with other premium cars such as the BMW 1 Series, the Audi A3, and the Volvo V40. It has three engine options: a 1.3-litre four-cylinder petrol engine, a 2.0-litre four-cylinder diesel engine, and a 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine with plug-in hybrid technology.
